Seventyseven Shipping Policy

At Seventyseven, every piece is handmade with care and shipped with attention to detail. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you:

1. Processing Time

• Each item is made to order, so please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.
• For rugs and curtains, production may take up to 10 business days depending on design complexity.

2. Shipping Time & Fees

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days after production is complete.
• Other Governorates: 3–7 business days after production.
• Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout (usually 50–100 EGP depending on location).

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message with delivery details.

4. Shipping Limitations

• We currently ship within Egypt only. (If you want to expand later, we can update this for international shipping).
• Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to courier delays.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
• Seventyseven is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, but we’ll do our best to support you.
